Bamford
Based in Uttoxeter, Bamford's produced their first engines in 1921 with the development of their 5-6hp horizontal. They produced a range of engines, mainly verticals (OV, EV, EG etc.) in the later years. They also produced a series of diesel engines, SD (single) and DD (twin cylinder). Bamford's went into voluntry liquidation in the 1980's.
